The apartment was really spacious and had modern equipment. The large windows and high ceilings gave it a luxurious feel. It was also conveniently located in the center, close to all the main activities.
The noise from the tramway passing just under the windows was quite bothersome, especially at night. It made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. Clean and spacious apartment. Secure parking with no height limit. Great location with easy access to restaurants and tourist attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at 4 Square D'Avignon for our city break. The apartment was perfectly located, with all the major attractions within walking distance. The high ceilings and eclectic furnishings gave it a charming French feel. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the delicious bakery just across the street for breakfast. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

During my recent stay at 4 Square D'Avignon, I was kinda surprised by the convenient location of the apartment. It was just a short walk away from the center and all the main activities in Orleans. The owner, Mary, welcomed us quickly and efficiently, showing us the apartment without any delay. Despite the language barrier, Mary and her husband were prompt in responding to our requests via email. The apartment itself was spacious and nice, although not perfectly clean. It had all the necessary amenities and the furniture matched the style of the place.

stayed in a lovely apartment in Orleans, close to center. Owner was quick to respond and apartment was spacious and nice. Secure parking was a plus. Would book again.
